The body of the building is gently curved as an interpretation of the local plans intentions to create both variations and coherency. The facade is composed as gradient made of elements that change tone from light to dark. This gradual colour variation is used to create more subtile constrasts than neighbouring buildings.
The landscape is intended as naturally grown grass and plants in different heights and colours. The approach ensures consistancy and minimal maintenance for the outdoor areas. Courtyards are designed as a coherent urban surface which brings buildings together.
